Welcome to Sun Roamers RV Resort. By accessing or using our website, booking a stay, or utilizing any of our facilities, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation or entering our property.
All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.
Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old per site or cabin.
Additional guests may incur an extra fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Check-in: 2:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Guests needing a late check-out must receive prior approval from the office. Late departures without approval may result in an additional day’s charge.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may forfeit the deposit.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or early check-outs.
All guests and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Excessive noise or loud music.
Illegal drugs or firearms.
Aggressive or disruptive pets.
Solicitation or advertising without management approval.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed inside resort buildings or pool areas.
No pets are allowed in cabins or park model RV rentals.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property.
Pool rules are posted and must be followed at all times.
An adult (21+) must accompany children under 14 years of age.
Pool use is for registered guests only. Day visitors must check in and pay applicable fees.
Speed limit in the resort is 10 MPH.
Ground fires are not permitted. Use above-ground fire receptacles only.
Washing RVs or vehicles requires a permit from the office.
Sewer connections must be watertight and use proper fittings.
Please help us stay a green resort by conserving water and electricity.
Sun Roamers RV Resort and its management are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by fire, theft, accident, or acts of nature. All guests and visitors use the resort facilities at their own risk.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to resort property, including cabins, RV sites, and facilities.
All visitors must register at the front office.
There is a $5 fee per overnight guest.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors at all times.
Management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued for evictions.
We respect your privacy. By booking with Sun Roamers RV Resort, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which includes the following SMS terms:
“We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. By selecting the Check Box on the Bookings Check Out Page, Guests Agree to Receive Marketing SMS. Guests may receive an SMS before/during/after their stay with us.
