Welcome to SunRoamers RV Resort! These rules ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone. By entering the resort, you agree to the following:
1. Check-In & Reservations
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (late checkout by approval & fee).
All guests & visitors must register at the office and display resort permits.
Only one RV per site. Reservations & deposits required; refunds follow cancellation policy.
2. RV & Site Standards
RVs must be RVIA-certified, clean, and under 15 years old (older by approval).
Allowed: Class A, B, C, and 5th wheels. Not allowed: truck campers or converted buses/schoolies.
Water pressure regulators are required.
Sewer hoses must have a proper seal. No dumping liquids on the ground.
Keep sites neat: no indoor furniture, tarps, storage bins, rugs on grass, or portable hot tubs/kiddie pools.
Boats, trailers, and extra equipment must be stored in designated areas.
Washing RVs requires approval and a fee.
3. Guest Conduct
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Respect others—no disorderly conduct, intoxication, or illegal activity.
Smoking/vaping only at your site (not in common areas).
Proper attire required in all public areas.
4. Visitors & Occupancy
Standard occupancy: 4–6 people per site.
Visitors must register and may be charged a fee.
Visitor vehicles park in designated areas only.
5. Pets
Limit: 2 pets per site (unless approved).
Must be leashed and not left unattended outdoors.
Owners must clean up immediately; fines apply for non-compliance.
Aggressive breeds/behavior not allowed. Pets not permitted in pool or buildings.
6. Vehicles & Traffic
Speed limit: 7 MPH. Pedestrians, bikes, and golf carts always have right of way.
Max 2 vehicles per site. No parking on grass, patios, or roads.
Unlicensed, inoperable, or leaking vehicles not allowed.
No repairs or oil changes on-site.
Golf carts must be registered, operated by licensed drivers (16+), and have headlights at night.
Bicycles must use lights after dark; helmets required for kids under 12.
7. Amenities & Common Areas
Pool: Open 9 AM – 9 PM (seasonal). No lifeguard; children under 16 must be with an adult. Swim diapers required.
Laundry: Use on-site facilities only; do not leave laundry unattended.
Trash: Max 2 bags per site. Set out by 9 AM for pickup or use designated bins. Do not leave outside overnight.
Follow posted rules in the clubhouse, playground, and courts.
8. Safety & Restrictions
Fires only in designated pits or approved grills; follow fire bans.
No fireworks, firearms, drones, or political/commercial signs.
Alcohol not allowed while driving golf carts.
Zero Tolerance: Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
In emergencies, call 911 and follow staff instructions.
9. Long-Term & Seasonal Guests
Sites must remain tidy and RVs well-maintained.
Landscaping, skirting, or decks require management approval (vinyl skirting only).
Utilities may be individually metered and billed monthly.
Mail/package service available—check with office.
Utilities are not individually metered; a monthly utilities fee will be assessed.
10. Administration
Management may enforce rules, issue fines, or evict without refund.
No refunds for early departures or eviction due to violations.
Resort is not liable for theft, accidents, or injuries.
Rules may be updated at management’s discretion.
